✅ Departure Day Checklist
Check-out Time: Please remember that check-out is at 11:00 AM on your day of departure. This allows our housekeeping team enough time to prepare the home perfectly for our next guests.
Before you leave, we would be very grateful if you could take a moment to:
[ ] Do a Final Sweep: Please do a quick check of all rooms, drawers, and under the beds for any personal belongings. Don't forget to check for phone chargers!
[ ] Dishes: Kindly wash any final dishes, pots, or utensils that you've used.
[ ] Trash: Please gather any personal trash, tie the bags securely, and leave them by the kitchen area. Our cleaning team will handle the final disposal.
[ ] Lights & Air Conditioning: Please do a final check to ensure all lights, fans, and air conditioning units have been switched off.
[ ] Windows & Doors: Please ensure all windows are closed and that the front door is securely locked behind you when you leave.
Luggage & Onward Travel
🧳 Luggage Storage After Check-out
As we need to prepare the home for our next guests, we are unfortunately unable to store luggage after the 11:00 AM check-out time. If you have a late flight, please refer to our "Tips on Arrival" guide for information on secure luggage storage services at the airports.
🚕 Booking Your Transport to the Airport
We recommend booking your taxi or Grab ride in advance, especially if you have an early morning flight. Please allow plenty of time for Bangkok's unpredictable traffic. For international flights, leaving for the airport at least 3-4 hours before your flight departure time is a safe guideline.
