We provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for your stay. The user name and password will be send to you on the day of your arrival.

You've made it! Here are a few quick tips to help you get your bearings and feel right at home.
Finding Your Room
No.31 is a 3-storey home. Here’s where you’ll find the bedrooms:
Kids' Bunk Room is located on the 2nd floor.
Main Bedroom is located on the 3rd floor.
🛏️ Note: The home includes 4 beds and 1 baby cot. No extra beds are provided by default. If you plan to bring extra guests, please inform us in advance—we can prepare extra futons and bedding for your stay.
Freshening Up: Towels & Toiletries
Towels: You will find one fresh towel set per registered guest placed in each bedroom on the bed or in the wardrobe.
Linens: All beds are prepared with fresh, clean linens by our housekeeping team, ready for a restful night's sleep.
Starter Toiletries: To get you started, we provide complimentary tissue paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and kid's head to toe shower gel in each bathroom.
Unpacking Your Clothes
Closet & Hangers: Each bedroom has wardrobe space with hangers for you to store your clothes.
Iron & Ironing Board: Should you need to freshen up your outfits, you will find an iron and an ironing board on the 2nd floor, located opposite the laundry machine area.
For Your Immediate Comfort
Welcome Drinks: Please help yourselves to the complimentary bottled water chilling in the refrigerator.
Power Up: You'll find convenient power outlets near the bedsides, perfect for charging your phone and other devices overnight.
First-Aid Kit: Just so you know for peace of mind, a basic first-aid kit is located in the TV cabinet.
👟 A Note on Shoes: In line with Thai custom to keep the home clean, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering No.31. You will find a shoe cabinet just inside the house by the front door for your convenience.
💧 Our Double-Filtration Water System
We take water quality very seriously at No.31. For your health and peace of mind, we have installed a two-stage water purification system throughout the house.
Stage 1: Whole-House Filter
All water entering the house—for your showers, sinks, and toilets—first passes through a 3-stage filtration system on the main water line. This means you are using cleaner, purified water for all your daily needs, from brushing your teeth to washing your hands.
Stage 2: Dedicated Drinking Water Purifier
For drinking, we go a step further. In the kitchen, you will find our dedicated drinking water machine. This machine takes the already-filtered water from Stage 1 and passes it through an additional, intensive 4-stage purification process.
This provides you with exceptionally clean, safe, and delicious drinking water. The machine conveniently dispenses instant hot, cold, and room temperature water – perfect for making a morning coffee, a cool drink, or filling up your water bottle for the day.
With this system, you can enjoy unlimited purified water and help us reduce plastic bottle waste during your stay in Bangkok.
Drinking Water (For guests arriving before 30 June 2025):
Please note that tap water in the house is not for drinking. For your safety, please use it only for washing and showering. We have provided complimentary bottled water in the refrigerator to get you started.
🍳 Kitchenette & Light Cooking
Our compact kitchenette is now equipped for light cooking and meal preparation. It includes a portable electric hob (cooktop), microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and basic cooking utensils.
A Friendly Request: To maintain a fresh and pleasant environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that you use the hob for light cooking only. As there is no built-in ventilation hood, please do not deep-fry or cook foods with very strong, lingering odors.
🔌 Appliances & Electronics
Air Conditioning (AC): Remotes are provided for each unit. Please point the remote at the AC to operate. We recommend a comfortable and energy-efficient temperature of 24-25°C. Kindly switch off all AC units when you leave the house. Keep windows and doors closed while in use. A/C units cool best with closed curtains during the day.
Smart TV: Use the remote to access apps like Netflix and YouTube. You are welcome to log in with your own accounts, but please remember to log out before you depart.
Washing Machine: A washing machine is available on 2nd floor for your use. We provide a starter amount of laundry detergent. You will find simple operating instructions posted on a card near the machine. For drying your clothes, a retractable clothesline/drying rack is located on the 3rd-floor balcony.

Please clean the lint filter in the dryer after use
Use only the provided detergent — no bleach or harsh chemicals
🧴 You’ll find 3 pre-measured 30ml packs of detergent in the laundry area for your stay
Electricity & Adapters: Thailand uses 220V electricity. The power sockets at No.31 are a versatile hybrid design that accepts most two-prong flat (North American/Japan) and round (European) plugs. However, for devices with a third grounding pin or a unique shape, a universal adapter is a wise choice.

Home Atmosphere: While natural light is limited, the home features cozy, adjustable 3-color lighting and soft tones, creating a warm and restful ambiance designed for your relaxation.
📚 Books, Toys & Board Games: Our collection of books, toys, and board games is very special to us—many items belong to our young son, who loves them dearly and is happy to share the fun! Please treat these items with care, just as you would your own treasured possessions. If your children have a particular fondness for a certain type of book or toy, please let us know before your arrival. We might just have something special and would be delighted to arrange the shelves with them in mind!
📚 Love a Book, Toy, or Game? Many items are part of our kid-friendly shop, and some may be available new! Feel free to ask if you’d like to take one home as a keepsake. 😊
🍳 Kitchenette
Our compact kitchenette is perfect for preparing breakfasts, snacks, and simple meals. It includes a microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and basic cookware.
For light cooking, we also provide a portable electric hob (cooktop) that you can plug in. It's great for boiling pasta, frying eggs, or making a simple stir-fry.
Important Note on Use: As there is no built-in ventilation hood, we kindly ask that you only use the hob for light cooking. To maintain a fresh and pleasant environment for all our guests, please do not deep-fry or cook foods with very strong, lingering odors (such as grilling fish or pungent curries). 🔥 Safety at No.31 (Please Read Carefully)
First-Aid Kit: A basic first-aid kit for minor injuries is located in TV cabinet in the living room.
Fire Safety:
Smoke detectors are installed on each floor.
Fire extinguishers are located on each floor near the staircase. Please take a moment to note their locations.
In case of a fire, the main staircase and accessible windows are the primary escape route.
Child Safety Notes:
Digital Lock: The inside button to open the digital lock may be within reach of young children. Please supervise them accordingly.
Stairs & Railing: This is a 3-storey home. The stair railing has 20cm (approx. 8-inch) spacing between bars. We advise families with toddlers or babies to exercise extra caution. (We are working on this issue to make it safer).
Bunk Bed: The top bunk is for one child only (maximum weight 50kg / 110lbs).
🛠️ Housekeeping & Maintenance
Reporting Issues: If anything in the home breaks or isn't working as expected, please let us know immediately so we can assist you promptly and ensure your stay is comfortable.
Trash Disposal: For detailed instructions on trash disposal times and locations required by our local community, please see the House Rules & Policies page.
Housekeeping for Longer Stays: For guests staying 8 nights or longer, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service, which includes fresh linens and towels. We will coordinate a convenient time with you for this after you have checked in.
🐜 A Tip on Preventing Pests 🐜 : As we are in a tropical city, small pests like ants can be attracted to food. To help keep our home pest-free, we kindly ask that you store any open food in sealed containers or in the refrigerator and clean up any crumbs after eating. Thank you for your help!
